Exclusively for use with Clover's Needle Felting Tool, this brush-like mat enables smooth punching with little resistance and allows the fibers of the appliqué to become well meshed with the base fabric. The bristle length provides the ideal hardness and density for punching.

Punching appliqué is a technique that does not require thread or glue. The fibers will become interlaced, attaching the motif to the fabric beautifully.
